Meet Our Guides

Hello! I was fortunate enough to be born in the big state of Wyoming and introduced to the outdoors at a very young age. It was my passion and dream to become an outdoor guide for fishing and waterfowl hunting.
I started working in Nebraska part time as a waterfowl guide and loved it. The following year I wanted to do it full time. I started fulltime waterfowl guiding in Kansas and then Canada. I can honestly say that is when I decided I wanted to make a career of guiding.

I have always flirted with the idea of starting an outfit in my hometown and sharing the place I call home with others. I want to see my clients light up like a Christmas tree when mallards are 10 yards away. Creating lasting experiences, new friendships and memories for others while doing what I love is why I started Wind River Waterfowl LLC.

Dylan Graves
Hey, there. I was born and raised in lower Michigan and moved to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in 2015. Before my time as a guide, I chased honkers and ducks in Michigan both in dry fields and out of boat blinds. I have been hunting waterfowl since I was 12 years old, starting with public land and eventually becoming more involved in field hunting public lands in the Upper Peninsula.

I have guided in Michigan for geese but spent most of my time guiding in Kansas and Canada. Where I learned new skills and improved on my others.

On a hunt with me, you will be provided the best hunting experience I can provide. You will be placed in an excellent hide to keep the birds from seeing us. A proper decoy spread to mimic the birds and great calling to ensure the birds are finishing in the decoys!
